Kathmandu — The production team of the upcoming Nepali film Kaji has claimed that audience excitement has grown significantly following the opening of advance ticket bookings and sales for the movie, which is set to release tomorrow, Friday, Jestha 8.
Following the release of the film’s trailer and songs, multiplexes across the country have allocated shows for the movie in response to rising public interest and enthusiasm.
As soon as shows opened, audiences began booking and purchasing tickets through online apps and cinema websites. According to the production team, viewers appear highly excited about the film, and ticket demand is steadily increasing for the available shows. Distributors believe this strong audience response will help the film achieve a powerful opening on Friday.
Producer Ram Prasad Rijal said the team is encouraged by the enthusiasm shown toward the film.
He said, “We have honestly brought an excellent film to the audience without making any compromises. After watching the film, viewers will experience the meaning of love, dedication, and emotional relationships through Kaji and Kajini. Our entire team is very excited to receive audience reactions.”
Actor Bipin Karki has been gaining attention for the film’s story, character, and performances. According to him, Kaji is a different kind of romantic film compared to his previous works. Although he usually does not heavily promote his own films, this time he appears highly confident about Kaji.
“Kaji is a film I can confidently recommend to audiences. The love and dedication portrayed in it will leave viewers with something meaningful as they walk out of the theater. The words I’m speaking confidently today will be felt by audiences after they watch the film,” Karki said.
According to him, the movie’s success will grow aggressively through audience recommendations after its initial release.
“People who watch Kaji will recommend it to others. I’m confident about that,” he added.
The film is directed by Laxman Rijal and centers on understanding, sacrifice, and shared happiness between husband and wife.
The movie also stars Keki Adhikari, Garima Sharma, Prakash Ghimire, Hemant Budhathoki, Bishal Pahari, Binod Neupane, Rashmi Bhatta, and Hiuwala Gautam.
The story is written by Pradeep Bhardwaj and presented by Ram Prasad Rijal.
Produced under the banner of Rijal and Rijal Production, the film is produced by Nehan Rijal and Bikash Raj Joshi. The cinematography is handled by Chintan Rajbhandari, music by Kali Prasad Baskota, and editing by Bipin Malla. Distribution responsibilities have been taken by Shree Ram Balaji Films.
